PAYPAL, e-Check, Personal Checks and Money Orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders without payment will be cancelled after 14 days
unless prior special payment arrangements have been made.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS: 30 days from sale-100% refund or exchange.
NON-DAMAGED ITEMS: (Changed Your Mind; Not What You Expected) 30 days from sale. There are no restocking fees, however, we can not refund your original shipping fees or reimburse you for return shipping. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE FEES: For non-damaged items, the customer is responsible for (original and) return postage. In cases where we are responsible for the need to return (incorrect or damaged items), we will reimburse your return shipping upon receipt. We can not provide refunds or exchanges for returns that do not arrive - PLEASE purchase a tracking number on your returns! NOTE: First Class mail must be at least 3/4” thick to add tracking.

CRYSTAL SLIDERS RETURN POLICY
Becky’s Beads always strives to provide you with quality crystal sliders. However, at times, the glue used by the manufacturer fails and the crystals are separated from the base. If your sliders arrive with unattached stones, they can easily and securely be re-attached to the metal base with a dab of super glue. If you choose, instead, to return all or any portion of the sliders, please refer to the following guidelines... FOR REFUNDS: Only the metal base of the slider must be returned. All refunds will be made at the per-piece price. FOR EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS: We will need both the detached crystal and metal base. Our general returns policy also applies to sliders.

MAGNETIC CLASPS
RETURN POLICY/BUYERS AGREEMENT

Warning: FOLDING MAGNETIC CLASPS HAVE THE POTENTIAL OF BREAKING AT THE HINGE OR DEMAGNIFYING WITH TIME & USE.
If clasps break, demagnify or have any other flaws found during inspection of your order (within 30 days from date of sale, only): We will provide a 100% refund or exchange for any unworn clasps. We can not accept returns at any time for clasps broken during wear. PLEASE check ALL clasps thoroughly upon arrival! By choosing not to return the clasps within 30 days, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE BUYING & USING THE CLASPS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
